Y’all, I just feel like every session I shoot is my favorite session! My favorite thing about my job is having couples that trust me and allow me to experiment and grow as a photographer… I only recently began the journey of learning to shoot film along side digital and I just adore that my couples appreciate the time it takes to create such timeless images.

When I met Elyse, I was blown away, is she not gorgeous?!! Her style is impeccable, classic, and chic. I love the outfits her and Phil wore for this sweet sunrise engagement session at the Indianapolis War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis. The soft colors painted such a beautiful story against a timeless memorial as they walked, laughed and snuggled.

Beautiful couple… Incredible architecture… what more could I want?! I love that we chose this location and how well it reflected Elyse and Phil’s style! Plus I can not get over how adorable they are and how Elyse just glows when Phil makes her giggle 😀

The love Elyse and Phil both have for each other is genuine, light-hearted and couldn’t be sweeter. It was such a wonderful morning spent with them and it makes me so excited for their wedding at the Indiana State House in October!
