Lauren & Luke,
I’ll start by saying I love you.

Lauren, I have always loved you. In the times we’ve laughed, in the times we’ve cried, even in the times we’ve fought. I can’t tell you the joy it has brought me to have you as my little sister. I’ve had the pleasure of  being one step ahead and watching you fall, learn, grow and get back up again. You’re an encouragement to me and I love the way that we fill each other up in just the ways we both need. You’ll always have my back, and I’ll always have yours. I’m so so thankful for you and so very happy and excited for the future that you and your sweet groom have together.

Luke, I have grown to love you, the man you are, and how you treat my Lucy. I was so thankful to spend some time to talk about life and get to know you more the last time that I was home. Who you are in the Lord is secure and that shows brighter than anything in your relationship with my sister. I love that you encourage her in her own walk and that you are willing to lead her and have faith that the Lord will direct your path. Not only do you desire for my sister to be 100 percent herself, but you fully embrace every bit of her. You are exactly what I’ve prayed for in her husband to be. I trust you, to take care of her, and I know she feels the same.

It was so sweet capturing these moments for you guys. I felt full and was reminded why I do what I do. As I drove home to Indiana the day after we took these I thanked God over and over for who you both are to each other.

Congratulations, sweet sister and new brother. I love you both so much.
